Starting the Journey to Adaptive Manufacturing

The BioPhorum Digital Plant Maturity Model sought to build a path to the Adaptive Plant, first publishing their model in 2016 and was followed by the Xavier University AI in Operations Team with the AI Maturity Model Poster in 2020 to further help pharma organizations with a path that includes the culture of adoption of an organization. Many companies we speak with are largely in levels 2 and 3 of that BioPhorum model with digital islands or silos but are not sure where to go from here. There is plenty of data, but how to sift through it all. We are kicking off a video blog series to help manufacturer's with their journey to building flexible and adaptive systems with artificial intelligence in production.
