Starting the Journey to Adaptive Manufacturing

The BioPhorum Digital Plant Maturity Model sought to build a path to the Adaptive Plant, first publishing their model in 2016 and was followed by the Xavier University AI in Operations Team with th in 2020 o further help pharma organizations with a path that includes the culture of adoption of an organization. Many companies we speak with are largely in levels 2 and 3 of that BioPhorum model with digital islands or silos but ure where to go from here.
